Refund policy

Because expert advisors are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded.

When we do refund

• You were charged but could not download the EA within 48 hours because of a fault on our side.
• You were charged twice for the same plan.
• A renewal was charged after you had cancelled from the dashboard before the renewal date.

When we do not refund

• Trading losses or results that differ from the published backtest.
• Change of mind after downloading the software.
• Incompatibility with a broker or account type that is listed on the EA page.

How to request

Email [email protected] from the account email with the payment reference from your dashboard. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
