Terms of service

By using MetaTradingBot (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. License

A subscription or lifetime purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the purchased expert advisor on your own trading accounts. You may not resell, share, decompile or redistribute the software or your license key.

2. Subscriptions and billing

• Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled from your dashboard.
• Cancelling stops future charges, access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Lifetime plans are a single payment and never renew.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider, we do not store card details.

3. No financial advice

Nothing on the Service is investment advice. Expert advisors are software tools. Trading decisions, account settings and risk management are entirely your responsibility.

4. Performance disclaimer

Backtest reports are generated by the MetaTrader Strategy Tester on historical data and are hypothetical. Past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results. Live results will differ due to spread, slippage, execution and market conditions.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetaTradingBot is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of the Service or the software.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
